Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright, design rights, and intellectual property rights in our designs, products, and website/marketing materials are, and will remain, the property of Wylde Space and its associated brands, including Designs By Wylde and Wylde Folk.

Acceptance

It is not mandatory for any client to have physically signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to be applicable. Instead, acceptance of these terms and conditions is implied when a client accepts a quotation/quote via email. We kindly ask that you thoroughly read and acknowledge these terms and conditions, as any purchase or utilisation of our services implies your acceptance.

Wylde Space Trading Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 10:30 am - 6:00 pm (GMT)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & all public bank holidays: Closed

Rates and Charges

  • Free initial 20-minute phone consultation (Discovery Call).

  • Hourly rate from £50.00 per hour.

  • Ongoing phone/Skype/Zoom consultations charged at £50.00 per hour.

  • All out-of-hours work will be charged at £75.00 per hour and agreed in advance.

  • Coaching and lesson prices are set at different rates; please inquire for more details.

  • Agreed hours are subject to change, with charges applied when workloads increase due to client instruction changes.

Commencement

Wylde Space will confirm the client's requirements in writing after receiving their brief. A formal "Client Quotation" will be provided for approval via email before commencing any work. Changes to the client brief after approval may require a new quotation.

Invoicing & Payment

  • A 50% booking deposit is required before commencing any work.

  • The remaining balance is due before the website is published, handed over, or connected.

  • Late payment may result in a 10% monthly interest charge.

Copy Approval

  • The client must check all materials produced to ensure they meet their requirements.

  • The client's written approval is needed for any materials intended for public release.

Termination of Services

  • The client may terminate the contract with Wylde Space by written notice.

  • Terminating the contract before completion requires payment for work completed.

  • Retainer agreements require three months' written notice for termination.

  • We reserve the right to terminate any project if the client repeatedly changes the project brief, exhibits unprofessional or aggressive behavior, or engages in actions that compromise the project's integrity or our working relationship.

Errors, Omissions, or Liability

  • Wylde Space is not liable for third-party actions, failures, or non-compliance.

  • Wylde Space's liability for breach of any provision is limited to the total amount received.

  • The client indemnifies Wylde Space against actions arising from defamation, infringement, or other claims.

Contracts

  • Contracts may be modified by email or written agreement to better meet the client's needs.

  • Amendments must be mutually agreed upon in writing and become binding between both parties.

Ownership of Content/Copyright

  • Wylde Space assigns copyright and intellectual property rights to the client upon full payment.

  • Wylde Space retains ownership of digital assets unless otherwise agreed.

Websites Packages

  • Content must be provided before website commencement.

  • Lead times and build duration will be discussed.

  • Hosting and domain names is not included unless agreed otherwise.

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Transfer of Title

Title of works transfers to the client upon full payment of the total invoice amount.

Confidentiality

Confidential information will not be disclosed unless required by law.

Deadlines, Content & Delivery

  • Detailed deadlines and information must be provided by the client.

  • Delays due to lack of required information may result in surcharges.

Complaints

Formal complaints should be made in writing, and Wylde Space will investigate and respond in writing.

Additional Expenses

The client agrees to reimburse Wylde Space for additional expenses required for the work.

Design Credit

A link or graphic crediting Wylde Space will appear on the client's website. A fee applies if the client requests removal.
