Following this initial step, we dive into a more detailed discussion. Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we move forward with our project proposal. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, you will receive an invoice for a 50% booking deposit, and we'll schedule a project commencement date.
In this phase, we craft a concise design based on client input and research. We review branding and imagery, collaborating with our design team when needed. For complex projects, wireframes ensure alignment with business needs. Home page designs are then developed, with active client feedback. After finalising the design, we move to development and plan the website's official launch.
In this exciting final stage, we carefully package all your finalised designs (depending on the services used), organising them in a digital folder for your convenience. Alongside, we provide a tailored set of guidelines to ensure a seamless and consistent application. With these assets in hand, it's time to launch your new designs, unveil your brand, and celebrate the transformative journey.
The journey wraps up with a strong focus on continuous support. We offer maintenance packages and provide clients with access to resources and tutorials through your site dashboard, setting you up for success. Typically, our branding and website design process spans over 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Throughout this period, you'll receive a live link to the site (for website projects) as it's being created. We understand that feedback and refinement are crucial, so we offer up to three revision rounds for your satisfaction.
