To initiate our partnership, we begin with a Client Questionnaire, tailored to your unique needs. This allows us to gain deeper insights into your business and its vision. Following this initial step, we dive into a more detailed discussion. Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we move forward with our project proposal. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, you will receive an invoice for a 50% booking deposit, and we'll schedule a project commencement date.
In this phase, we immerse ourselves in the extensive research we've compiled from your questionnaire and independent exploration. We'll craft a Visual Direction or Brand Strategy presentation (based on your chosen package) for your approval, setting the foundation for our design process. Subsequently, we'll embark on creating your visual identity, which encompasses logos, brand marks, color palettes, and font systems. You'll receive these elements in a comprehensive document, allowing you to envision your brand's real-world application. If any refinements are needed, we address them during this phase to ensure a flawless transition.
This stage marks the grand finale, filled with excitement. We'll thoughtfully package all your final designs, organising them in a digital folder for your convenience. Alongside, we'll furnish a tailored set of guidelines, ensuring a seamless and consistent application. Armed with these assets, it's time to release your new designs and celebrate this transformative journey
Typically, our branding and website design process spans over 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Throughout this period, you'll receive a live link to the site (for website projects) as it's being created. We understand that feedback and refinement are crucial, so we offer up to three revision rounds for your satisfaction.
