Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24hrs hour before they commence. On rare occasions I may need to reschedule our meeting. I will contact you directly to arrange this. If no suitable time can be agreed, I will issue you with a full refund. All cancellations need at least 24 hrs notice to receive a full refund. After this time no refunds can be offered.
