    Our availability depends on current project bookings, as we often schedule work in advance. To secure a slot, we require a booking deposit. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to discuss availability and reserve your preferred timeframe.
  • How long does a typical project take?
    Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. On average, design and website projects take between 2 to 8 weeks. We’ll confirm your specific timeline when providing your quote.

  • What is required to start a project?
    To begin, we’ll need a booking deposit along with any content you already have, such as text (copy) and images. If branding isn’t in place, this should be developed first to ensure a cohesive design. For a full breakdown of what’s needed, read our post here.

    Revisions are a natural part of the process, and we include two rounds of revisions within the project scope. If additional changes are needed beyond this, they may affect the timeline and cost, but we’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.

    Yes, we can provide printed solutions for things like business cards, brochures, and other promotional materials to complement your digital presence.
